A. hi mam ,for Healthy weight gain of yourself, I would suggest to take Healthy and nutritious diet. take food items like nuts , dry fruits, tofu , paneer, curd, ghee,butter ,milk,egg etc in your diet you can take boiled chickpea or soaked horsegram in small bowl Quantity daily in morning
