A. See it is typically your mindset either or it has been taught to you why people because everybody says oh you are not breastfeeding this is not right your child may not grow healthy it’s not good so you know women are always accused for not breastfeeding that is something which is not in your hand if you’re not making sufficient breastfeeding it’s completely alright formula is to support a mother who doesn’t have breastfeeding so don’t bother so much don’t put your head into it because it is a natural thing that’s there so don’t blame yourself and don’t think so much about it
