#asktheexperts i am mother of 8 month old baby and i breastfeed him i feel pain in my viens and hands like wrist specially . and in night my hands get numb while sleeping . plz telme is it any deficiency

A. Start taking calcium supplement abd try to increase your calcium intake by having milk and milk products sabudana ragi drumsticks in your diet and eat a healthy nutritious diet and take good rest

A. Nerves Related issue it is it’s important for you to get it assessed with your Doctor Who specialises in nerves and muscles because certain times these issues can be there when you are breastfeeding the child but if it is in the longer run or every time then that’s not good
