#asktheexperts i am mother of 3 months old boy. I exclusively breastfeed him. He is now a days playing while am feeding and I think milk is not sufficient. I started expressing and feeding with bottle. Is this fine ?

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holdimg your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
