Q.

#asktheexperts I am having weak bones and my heamoglobin is low. I feel dizzy all the time after standing long or after some work. My face looks dull and have dark circles. Please suggest food

A. hi mam,you must take green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits,nuts , multigrain food more. you can take ragi rab, spinach , beetroot soup or juice , fruits like banana , apple etc keep your body well hydrated. avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
