#asktheexperts I am facing challenge in breast feeding.. due to insufficient milk quantity produced, I have to give formula milk to the baby. please advise to increase milk supply and if formula milk will affect my Baby's health. rgds

A. facing insufficient milk production more u nurse milk wl increase.. regular pumping increase milk use Babyhug electric breast pump... take lactation supplements as lactare... take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi dalia sabudana...
