#asktheexperts I am almost 3 months old mother and my tummy is as it was as an 8 month pregnancy. and my weight is also increasing day by day .

A. dear mum, for healthy weight loss, you should eat mindfully..avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. have a balanced diet and stay well hydrated. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day.
