#asktheexperts I am allergic to rhinitis and have a runny nose day or the other day and for that I take bila sure m tablet does it affect my baby i breast feed her she is 4 month only can I continue with this tablet or take other one ?and which tablet should be taken please mention

A. Are you raking it for a very long time if yes then better not continue it and instead try following other therapies like start doing pranayam especially anulom vilom it will help and try finding out the reason if it’s trigger
