Q.

#asktheexperts I am a nursing mom of 10 months old baby... I experienced little lumps in right breast, and the day I experienced it I felt little feverish with body pain.. This happened twice till in in last month. Kindly suggest some remedies.

A. its better to consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised by your doctor do hot fomentation and try to remove extra milk

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns about this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
