A. You can eat everything cooked fresh at home add little desi ghee on your said and gave seasonal fruits and vegetables do basically eating a balanced diet is good for you and baby

A. Eat protein rich food like Dal and iron rich food like Palak. Add fruits like Apple and Banana in your diet. Drink plenty of water. Avoid eating Papaya, Pineapple, Fennel seeds, Bel and anything that causes you allergy.

A. As per doctors advice u can have almost everything but avoid junk,packed and outside food .eat only fresh homemade cooked food drink plenty of water avoid juices rather than have fruits if u want ,dal ,dry fruits ,and eggs are must.

A. You can eat anything as long as it is fresh and you can eat fruits and vegetables should have asafoetida and cumin as it reduces gas formation in the stomach.

A. Whatever you like to eat whatever you eat during the time of pregnancy that would be all healthy food that you can have just avoid eating junk and too much of spicy food and not fried and sweet things are good and healthy in this time right now so you can have it in moderation not in quantity
