Q.

#asktheexperts I am a mother of a 2 year old boy. my son usually swallows food. he hardly chews and most of the time he prefers food which is soft and can be swallowed easily

A. try positive reinforcement techniques to modify the behaviour of the baby teach your child how to chew Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. hi if a child is not having enough teeth then it is ok to do this. otherwise,I advise to increase food consistency gradually. give food in small bites . encourage your child by giving food items like small pieces of fruits ,boiled veggies i.e potato , sweet potato,green peas etc or roasted paneer etc
