#asktheexperts i am a mother of 1 year 3 months old son. my periods date is 16 of feb but from yesterday only symtoms started like cramps, body pain, weaknes, and more. is it normal?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. sometimes it may be pre menstrual symptoms so you can just take rest for few days and if very much painful you can take painkillers and if needed consult with your doctor for examination once

Sometimes you do hormonal change in imbalance sometimes you can resume with your period and since you know it was winter season a lot of people eat a lot of things which are warm in tendency and because of that also when too much of heat is generated you can have an early period
