#asktheexperts I am a mom of 2.5 years old baby. I am putting weight day by day. How can i manage my weight?

A. Dear mum, to control your weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are high in calories, processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
