Q.

#asktheexperts I am a breastfeeding mother and being advised to avoid anything that consist mango. Is mango consumption contraindicated during feeding??

A. There is nothing as such, I enjoyed the mango season thoroughly while breastfeeding. But if advised by the doctor there could be some other reason. other than that I think it's okay to have it, moderation is the key though for everything

A. It's not from the doctor.. It's from the family members, hence I want to know about it

A. good morning usually that is not the case however if the doctor has asked you to avoid having mango then they must be some particular reason behind it so I would recommend you to avoid
