#asktheexperts I am a breastfeeding mother and being advised to avoid anything that consist mango. Is mango consumption contraindicated during feeding??

JemimaMom of a 3 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. There is nothing as such, I enjoyed the mango season thoroughly while breastfeeding. But if advised by the doctor there could be some other reason. other than that I think it's okay to have it, moderation is the key though for everything
