A. Hello mam , have healthy usual foods , also take foods in small quantities and regular intervals so that you tend to be well off of acidity issues which is quite common as days go by , keep your self well hydrated with fluids . Like coconut water , fresh fruit juice or juicy fruits , etc dry fruits , vegetables, whole grains and cereals , millets , milk , soya etc avoid pineapple and papaya throughout the pregnancy, and also outside food and especially containing msg
