#asktheexperts i am 31 weeks pregnant, my belly is not that big. is that a problem. plus since three weeks I haven't had much appetite. I did USG scan last week all was good.

have one pot meals whenever you are hungry
have good proteins

chicken
paneer
curds
soya
tofu
add nuts powder in milk
