#asktheexperts I am 22 weeks pregnant and facing belly tightness and cramp in my leg, what should I do? I can feel baby's movement also.

A. Hello! Be physically active as much as possible. Try Yoga and Meditation for better physical and mental health. Do not overstress yourself or stretch the body too much. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this regard.
