A. Petroleum jelly is well tolerated and works well for sensitive skin, which makes it an ideal treatment for eczema Put the child in a bath using lukewarm water for five to 10 minutes. Use a gentle cleanser and avoid scrubbing the affected skin. After bathing, pat the skin lightly with a towel leaving it slightly damp if required apply prescribed ointment

A. for heat rash there is nothing much required to be done but if the child is having other skin problems like eczema then you start proper medication for the child has to be given after showing to the doctor
