Yes it can it’s a trouble for a child so I’m going to recommend you to apply a mixture of Kapoor and coconut oil regularly that will help in eliminating these black marks also will help in avoiding it onto the skin but do a patch test to see how well it is suiting the skin of the child it is going to help me reducing itching as well further I would recommend you to take a homoeopathy treatment for eczema for your child
