#asktheexperts how to treat constipation in my child, as she is suffering from hard stool and hardly passes poop.

A. Make your child sit in Malaasan in the morning and make your child have full glass of warm water along with that in the night before sleeping give a little bit of prawn juice and apply some castor oil in the navel these are the basic home remedies and make sure to give plenty of fibres and fluids in the diet of your child
