You can clean the teeth of the child with silicon toothbrush you can also use toothpaste and toothbrush to clean the teeth gums or tongue of your child I can recommend you fluoride toothpaste that you can use for initial 6 to 7 years of age as kids swallow it which is white is fluoride free so I can recommend you Babyhug toothpaste and toothbrush
