A. Restrict the amount that you’re giving in a day just give it twice once in the afternoon and once in the dinner that is how you can do things otherwise you know these days if you search you’ll find so good recipes which are made up of nothing but just like you can use banana little bit of cocoa powder and You can just make a putting out of a chocolate out of it you can even make a brownie out of it you just have to look if your child is fond of sweets look for healthy alternative that you can give but that to once or twice in a day small portions the regular chocolates are very unhealthy
