Hi mom You can stop bottle by showing dirty sand on it And ask him not to take Give from glass Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Offer different varieties of food Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
