AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello mama once ur baby completes six months then u can start with Cerelac daal ka apni , ripe banana ,apple puree etc as the first food. U can start with one meal a day.. when ur baby starts to digest it ,then u can give two meals a day
