A. hello parent your kids 4 months old constipation is common in formula fed babies you may give sips of luke warm water mixed in expressed breast milk, babies passing stools once in 325 days is also normal as long as a child is active without any vomitings

A. hello breastfed babies are rarely constipated and if the baby is constipated then you may add few drops of prune juice to the breast milk and give it for the baby which can help baby to get relief from the constipation and makes baby feel better and comfortable also
