A. hi first thing , please do visit your pediatrician and give Medicines as per his prescription to get relief in pain. offer food items like soup , mashed potato etc keep your child well hydrated you may use humidifier. give Sunbath to your child for 20 minutes a day avoid nose blowing , or rough playing of kids.
