Look at this age you cannot set a schedule for the child and if you need to then it is that totally dependent on you how much sleep time do you want to give during the daytime and so on and when it comes to food you can give fruits and vegetables of all kinds and you can add salt and necessary spices into the food along with that also I would recommend you that you give Paneer cheese and curd you can give varieties of ragi and oats and with Suji you can prepare kheer Upma and Halwa for your child
