A. Sleeping pattern in children may be variable in different age group so if the baby is active and taking proper feeding with no other complaints most of the time there is nothing to worry.
You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.hhi
In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.

A. Establishing healthy sleep habits for a two-month-old baby can take time and patience, but there are several strategies you can try to help your baby sleep better:
1. **Establish a bedtime routine:** Develop a consistent bedtime routine to help signal to your baby that it's time to wind down and prepare for sleep. This could include activities like a warm bath, gentle massage, feeding, cuddling, and reading a bedtime story.
2. **Create a conducive sleep environment:** Ensure that your baby's sleep environment is comfortable, quiet, and conducive to sleep. Use a firm and flat mattress, and keep the room dimly lit with white noise or gentle lullabies to help drown out any background noise.
3. **Follow a consistent sleep schedule:** Aim to establish a regular sleep schedule for your baby with consistent nap times and bedtime routines. While newborns may sleep for shorter periods throughout the day and night, gradually encourage longer stretches of sleep as your baby grows.
4. **Watch for sleepy cues:** Pay attention to your baby's sleepy cues, such as rubbing eyes, yawning, or becoming fussy. These cues can help you recognize when your baby is ready for sleep and initiate the bedtime routine accordingly.
5. **Encourage daytime naps:** Ensure that your baby gets enough daytime naps to prevent overtiredness, which can make it more challenging for them to fall asleep and stay asleep at night. Aim for regular nap times throughout the day and create a calm and quiet environment for naps.
6. **Practice safe sleep habits:** Always place your baby on their back to sleep to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Avoid using loose bedding, soft pillows, or stuffed animals in the crib, and ensure that the room is at a comfortable temperature for sleep.
7. **Offer comfort and reassurance:** Provide gentle comfort and reassurance to your baby if they wake up during the night. Offer soothing sounds, gentle rocking, or gentle back rubs to help them fall back asleep without relying on feeding or excessive intervention.
8. **Be patient and consistent:** Establishing healthy sleep habits takes time and consistency, so be patient with your baby as they learn to self-soothe and develop their own sleep patterns. Consistently follow the bedtime routine and respond to your baby's sleep needs with love and patience.
Remember that every baby is unique, and it's normal for sleep patterns to vary from one baby to another. If you have concerns about your baby's sleep or if they're having difficulty sleeping, don't hesitate to consult with your pediatrician for personalized guidance and support.
