Namaste Mom One of the best indicators is weight gain , monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight also after the feed the baby is sleeping well or is playful they pass urine and motions regularly without much discomfort as such

As long as the baby is healthy and active, gradually, gaining weight, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily, feeding for every 2 to 3 hours, depending on the appetite, your child is absolutely taking what is required. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby, well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
