Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Eating a healthy food will increase your milk production naturally. Add more calorie rich foods into your diet. Feed your baby often. Pump between feedings also helps to improve breastmilk production. Try lactation cookies. Add garlic, fenugreek, fennel seeds into your daily diet. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
