A. Hi Mom, By one year, your child have to be triple by her birth weight. Weight gaining foods includes whole milk ( two times a day), egg, cheese, yogurt, butter, fish, meat, potatoes, sweet potatoes, dry fruits nuts and seeds etc. You can concentrate on protein rich foods to your child.
