continue breast feeding. since you must have start solids try to give variety of foods slowly and gradually.
can give mashed potato , sweet potato, purees of seasonal fruits , soups of seasonal vegetables , ragi porridge, other grain porridge, mashed banana, makhana porridge , eggs , khichadi , dals .
avoid force feeding.
give small and frequent meals.

Make sure that while feeding, the baby is made to empty one breast first before moving on to the next breast as the milk that comes towards the end is hind milk, which is rich in fat and helps in healthy weight gain of the baby. Give mashed bananas, potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give pears, avocados, papaya and mangoes. Give lentils like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give plain curd made from whole milk. Give fruit smoothies. Give ragi.
