#asktheexperts how to increase the 7 month old babies weight. My baby is not gaining weight. What solid food I can offer her.

A. Dal water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kind for khichadi mashed banana mashed potatoes make sure to include good amount of dairy products and you can also give varieties made out of ragi suji and oats which is going to be very healthy
