#asktheexperts how to increase breast milk supply as I m mother of twins of 3 mnth age.will my body produce enough milk for both babies

A. it depends upon your food intake. add more protein to your food.. if lactation is not enough you can feed cow milk r milk powder for the baby because you cannot satisfy hunger of both the babies

A. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation try to go for more homemade food

A. Hello dear parent, if your babies are able to urinate 8 to 10 times in the day then your babies are well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your babies. But stilll UT is better to give formula milk as babies grow more.
