shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation try to go for more homemade food
Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if your babies are able to urinate 8 to 10 times in the day then your babies are well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your babies. But stilll UT is better to give formula milk as babies grow more.
