Nine months also right now this is the right age for you to introduce all the family food to the child so please give roti sabji Dal rice Paratha millets greens whatever you are giving plus you should give lots of vegetarian protein to the child it is not a problem if you’re vegetarian and it is a misconception that people who have nonveg much healthier and vegetarian diet is genuinely much healthier for a child so look for including more of proteins in the diet of your child
