Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. in geographic tongue no treatment is required and it is a temporary condition which gets result with increasing age of the child. the name has been given because the geography of patch on the tongue changes again and again. it is a painless condition and it is not a ulcer. multivitamins may help in slight improvement butd is not the standard therapyd
