boiling and steaming is done only if the child is not tolerating the raw fruit. also boiling and steaming decreases the nutrition level from the fruits.
definitely there will be changed in taste as well as texture when you boil or steam the fruit but it is not harmful. z
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can steam apple and make it ouree and guve and banana and ither fruits like chicoo papaya avacado is not necessary to boil and give it is just you can take puree of ot and g8ve and yes can also use nibbler from babyhug which is good too
