Ivattu completely stop giving it to the child are you serious that you giving a 15 month old child mobile any child obsessed with it and it is absolutely your fault as a parent I am very sorry to say this but you are not recommended to keep mobile to the child for at least a minimum of two years and as long as you can avoid it has lot of L effects on the child Sujas involve your child into other activities and mobile as a complete no-no
