A. Hello Try to add nutritive foods like ghee, almonds walnuts cashews, dates, banana, chickoo peanuts til seeds, coconut, egg paneer, avocado, anjeer in childs recipes. Avoid junk foods, bakery foods , biscuits, chocolates , farsan completely
