Hi give home cooked food for the child. add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado banana paneer to child's recipes. avoid bakery products, chips chocolates farsan, maggi, junk foods

U Do I have to work upon a diet plan for a child which is balance in every manner for the child if you are giving proper food to the child which is home-cooked like what ever we are eating then it is good enough still if you feel that your child is weak the weight is less then you should take an advice from a nutritionist on thi
