ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist9 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Exclusively breast feeding could be diffcult at times as nipples are quite sensitive and pain and discomfort would occur. apply warm ghee or coconut oil on nipples after feed . massage your breast well after every feed
