A. To reduce pain after delivery with stitches: 1. Pain Relief: Use prescribed painkillers, cold compresses, and warm sitz baths. 2. Hygiene: Keep the area clean with a peri-bottle, and change pads often. 3. Comfort: Sit on a cushion and lie on your side to ease pressure. 4. Diet: Eat fiber-rich foods, stay hydrated, and use stool softeners if needed. 5. Healing: Do gentle Kegel exercises (if approved) to improve blood flow. Consult a doctor if pain worsens or there are signs of infection.

A. What is the kind of delivery you have had that you have not mentioned because for C-section delivery Dr normally advised you to apply ointment and all for normal delivery you can just do beta cleaning with betadine that is going to help and painkiller if the pain is too much
