A. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common causze of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the regular diet which is being given to the child z

A. hi dear Squeeze one to two drops of saline nose drops in each nostril to help loosen any dried mucus and then use a rubber suction bulb. To use it, first squeeze the bulb. Next, gently stick the tip of the bulb into a nostril. Finally, slowly release the bulb and it will pull out clogged mucus.
