NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello baby being small u should never use anything to clean baby ear and if case there is too much wax deposit then you can be getting your baby ears cleaned under the supervision of the doctor which can be helpful a d also safe too and he can advise with an ear drops if required
