Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently f steam inhalation can also be helpful ifn this condition

So there is a nose escalator available in the market you can actually use that to clean the nose of the child and years you should not clean if you feel it’s dirty or there is an ear wax into the year of the child can you me as well get a check with an ENT doctor they will be able to do the needful for youWrite Your Answer Here
