Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleepingr. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can fuse waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

To clean baby's ears: Wet the washcloth or cotton ball with warm water. Ring out the washcloth well, if using. Gently wipe behind baby's ears and around the outside of each ear.
