Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin or dewax ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help . If there is any kind of liquid discharge coming it may be because of some gear infection which needs to be properly examined first before giving any kind of medicine

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can clean it from the outside superficially with a soft and wet cloth apart apart from that if you feel this too much of air in that case please consult your ENT doctor then will be able to help you properly as per the situation
