#asktheexperts how to boost immunity for my 3yrs old daughter,she is active all the day but didn't take her food properly,she didn't like any vegetables,how to grab her attention for veg dishes...

A. Hello good afternoon !! For boosting up immunity levels include dry fruits mostly almonds, turmeric/turmeric milk, pepper, citrus fruits (lemon/orange/mousambi, pine apple, tomato) in regular diet. For introducing vegetables to kids offer as vegetable rice/pulav, upma, kichdi, stuffed paratha(Boil and mash vegetables for stuff). Add 3-4 varieties of finely chopped vegetables (Beans/peas/carrot/ capsicum/tomato/cabbage/potato/beetroot) .
