ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. in case of normal delivery you can plan after 2 years and in case you had a c-section.. better wait for 3-5 years. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Hi Give adequate feeding Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Wash area often with lukewarm water Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
