AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello mama Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between. give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,dry fruits, paneer, egg ,rice ,potatoes, banana shake , avocado etc in diet for weight gain
